Hope you are having a splendid week and enjoying whatever you are doing, wherever you are in the world. 🙂
I thought it was time for another little sneak peak of my recent photoshoot. I’ve been invited to photograph the christening for my friend’s baby. Her name is Emma and she has just turned 1 year last month. Very cute and very active, I can tell you 🙂
The ceremony was held by minister Gabriele Helmert in the Paulus Church in Berlin, Germany.
It was a gruesome day weather-wise (as it rained all day long), but the more pleasurable was having the entire family together to celebrate Emma’s big day. She was so adorable and amazingly happy with being passed around to every family member throughout the day without a peep. You could tell she was very much enjoying herself and the family had a good time too which is the most important aspect on a day like this. Sabrina and her husband Tilman have served lovely food, some good music and superb wine (for the adults of course :)) as well as yummy cake to round up the day.
Even though as a photographer you will always be tasked with less than ideal situations of rain, low light or busy backdrops, I think the most important thing to remember is to have a good time, capture the moments and document this special day for your “client”. I loved every minute of it and was happy to be part of Emma’s big experience.
Here you go, a few little sneak peaks. The full post will follow soon.
So stay tuned 🙂
