Aimee & Jude’s beautiful rustic barn wedding took place in Great Dunmow in the summer of 2015.
The morning of the day started at Aimee’s parents’ house in a very relaxed fashion. I even got to play hide and seek with Aimee’s little sister while watching some Peppa Pig 🙂
Aimee had chosen a woodland style flower crown which I absolutely adored and fitted perfectly into the entire rustic barn wedding theme. Also look at those flowers – I could swoon over them forever and ever…Gorgeous!
The ceremony was held at the Kingdom Hall and has been my very first experience of a Jehovah’s Witness’ wedding ceremony. It has been so lovely to see both of Jude’s and Aimee’s families being totally engaged in the ceremony process and readings. What a lovely ceremony it was.
After Aimee & Jude spoken the “I dos”, the three of us made a run for the woods, so to speak. These are the same woods we went for their engagement session just a few months before. But now totally lush and full of green with little decorations made by the couple beforehand. Here we had time for some quick portraits and Aimee & Jude had a short stolen moment to themselves before the reception started.
The reception was held in a very rustic barn on a family’s friend’s farm in Great Dunmow. Such a beautiful rustic barn wedding. And look at all those gorgeous decoration details!! And that cake! Such attention to details… it was simply stunning.
As the weather continued to be sunny throughout the day, we were even blessed with a beautiful sunset that we simply had to take advantage of too! Obvs! 🙂
All in all, such a wonderful and beautiful day and I feel very blessed to have been part of this. Thanks again to the happy couple for having me and congratulations once more!
Lots of love,
